I shot this at a resort on Senggigi beach, in Lombok, Indonesia. It was for me, a spiritually moving experience to have seen this sunset! The picture is slightly under-exposed on purpose.

Lāhainā is a town in West Maui, Maui County, Hawaii,USA; and the gateway to the famous Kaanapali and Kapalua beach resorts north of the community.  Picture taken before dinner as we strolled the Front Street to watch the sunset.

One of the many beautiful sunrises that we had during our stay in October 2013 on Baros Island, Maldives. The gentle morning sea breeze, the soft lapping sounds of the waves on the shore, and the brightening light of the skies, made me feel the glory of the Lord!

Of the three mornings that we stayed at Tongsai Bay on the island of Koh Samui in Thailand, this sunrise was the most spectacular! With such beautiful scenes to be experienced, it felt strange that I was alone on the beach early each morning, to gaze in awe and wonder at the marvelous splendor Mother Nature displayed daily. Though I was all by myself on the beach, I did not feel I was alone!
